Jennifer is a certified Pilates instructor that incorporates reformer, chair, and mat exercises in her individualized lessons. Her initial studies were with Pilates Coach Leslee Bender (the inventor of the small pliant stability Bender Ball).
True to the Pilates tradition, she furthered her studies as an apprentice for a retired ballerina and Master Stott Trainer. As part of her continuing education she has completed various courses and training from June Kahn, Balanced Body, Leslee Bender, and Stott Pilates. Jennifer has successfully built up and managed two Pilates programs for an established fitness center in Silicon Valley.
