COVID19 UPDATES

-Masks are still recommended  in studio (instructor will wear mask at all times)

-Cancellations due to COVID19 symptoms will only be accepted 24 hours in advance otherwise a session will be charged 

Studio Implementations 

Social Distancing - Encore Pilates Center is a boutique studio which makes reduced class size a standard (hooray) but we will take extra care to guarantee a minimum of 6 feet of personal distance between clients during class. Masks are REQUIRED and will be worn by instructor and students. You may request the instructor to wear a face shield in addition to a mask if that makes you feel more comfortable and safe.

Hands off corrections! - I will still give corrections (lucky you ), but I will teach using verbal cues instead of hands on corrections. I will also continue to provide modifications per usual. 

Extended time between classes - I have implemented a longer time frame between classes to ensure the students have departed with enough time to air out the studio and sanitize before the next class arrives. Length of classes or time between classes may be adjusted as needed to allow me enough time to sanitize equipment and studio spaces.

Equipment Usage - For the time being, I am limiting the use of some equipment and small props. EXCITING NEWS, each client will have their own set of loops for reformer work. 

Studio & Equipment Sanitization - Following class, equipment and studio spaces will be sanitized according to our enhanced cleaning procedures (initial wipe down, disinfected, then sprayed with cleaner and wiped down one more time). Use of UV light for further sanitization on props and equipment. You can expect to see single use towels in the bathroom and colored coded towels for personal use on reformers and cleaning towels

Client Expectations

Masks- Clients will be required to wear masks while in the studio

Hand Washing - Clients to wash hands and/or sanitize before the start of class

‘In Good Health’ Verification - Client will be required to affirm before the start of class that you are in good health and have not been in contact with anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 as detailed by the CDC along with taking your temperature at the studio door before entering. 

Waiver - Clients will be required to complete a waiver that is kept on file to acknowledge your participation in the studio is welcomed as long as you are healthy and observing our new studio policies and social distancing protocols.
