Pilates Journey
I have practiced pilates on and off for over 15 years! I started with mat pilates as a student in 2008 and eventually found a home at Encore in 2023. I practice multiple times a week and cross-train with weight training and cardio.
Favorite Pilates Exercise
I love anything on the spine corrector. And, a hip bridge (pelvic curl) is so underrated and OG!
Fitness Philosophy
I am a fitness enthusiast and enjoy all kinds of movement. It is such a joy to teach pilates and to challenge both the mind and body. It's my mission to help everyday movers feel better connected to their bodies and movement practice. I pride myself in providing a safe, fun, and inclusive experience.
Pilates Journey
My journey into fitness began as a way to find balance and strength in my own life. Growing up I always played sports so we were taught to lift heavy and sweat. I discovered Pilates when I moved to Arizona to try something different, and never looked back! It transformed not only my body but also my mindset. I believe in the power of movement to connect the mind and body.
Favorite Pilates Exercise
My favorite Pilates exercise is anything on the chair. I love how it builds strength and stability, but gives me that instant shake!
Fitness Philosophy
My fitness philosophy is simple: every body is unique, and fitness should be a positive journey created for individual needs. I'm here to empower you to embrace your strength and find joy in movement!
