**Our waitlist is closed as of 6/14/2024. The studio is at full capacity. Thank you for being so understanding. 

If you do not mind a possible 12-month wait to get in, we are willing to put your name on our waitlist, but we want to be transparent about the wait time. 

Once you are placed on our waitlist, no action is needed on your part. You will be contacted when it is your turn. No payment is required to be on our waitlist. If you want to check in on the status of the wait time, please email contact@encorepilatescenter.com

No walk-ins - appointment only

We do not accept payment at the studio.

Given the boutique style of our studio, we encourage you to email us with all questions and concerns. If you stop by we may be in session and do not have the capacity to speak with you as our priority is our clients in sessions. Thank you for understanding. 

24-hour notice needed for 1:1 sessions and Group reformer **INCLUDES COVID-19 SYMPTOMS 

*For 1:1 clients in the event notice is given less than 24 hours in advance the client will be charged one 1:1 session

*Group Reformer students may have the option of make-up class if available (PLEASE NOTE, only 1 makeup class per 6-week session) 

NO REFUNDS. All purchases are final sale

One makeup class is allowed per 6-week group series. The client must inform the studio they will be missing their regular scheduled class by emailing contact@encorepilatescenter.com 

Per availability, a makeup class will be offered. The makeup class has to fall within the 6-week series of the missed class. 

Makeup classes are not guaranteed.

Dedicated parking is located behind the studio off Lester Ave.

These sessions offer the unique chance for two individuals to learn from a single instructor, blending

Duo Sessions are ideal for those from the same household - be it family members, roommates, or

partners. Experience the enriching journey of shared health and wellness goals that can extend beyond

the studio into your daily lives.

Alternatively, if you and a friend share a similar Pilates ability, Duo Sessions can help you both progress

together, driving each other to reach new heights in your practice.

In every Duo Session, our focus is to cater to the more advanced participants. This approach ensures a

challenging, stimulating experience that helps both participants level up their Pilates skills. It's not about

leaving anyone behind, but rather lifting everyone up to their fullest potential.

**PLEASE NOTE** If only one client can attend they must have a separate 1:1 package to use for that particular session. Within 24-Hour cancellation: If one person cancels (within 24 hours of the session) we need to know at that time whether this is a full cancellation for all parties or the other person will be attending and they have to have a valid 1:1 package to use. Under 24-Hour Cancellation,: Session is forfeited 

*Sessions have to be used within 60 days (5 Pack) and 90 days (10 Pack) of purchase

All remaining sessions will be forfeited.
